L-Band & SHF Line Amplifier and variable gain control units from Peak Communications are designed to provide high quality signal amplification and control, primarily for satellite Earth station cross-site applications. Units are constructed of high grade components to give the ultimate gain flatness and stability performance. Line amplifiers and gain controllers covering L, S, C, X, Ku, DBS & Ka-Bands are available in the following versions;
- Rack mount; the most basic versions available, without a full front panel & remote control.
- Rack mount with a full user interface; for applications requiring gain control, power detection, active slope compensation or remote M&C of alarms etc. •
- Rack mount, modular; formats for space conscious applications, providing 2off modules and a full 1+1 system in only 1RU or up to 10off modules in 2RU, available with or without a full user interface.
- Remote mount; outdoor weatherproof designs with or without remote control.
Various gain and drive levels are available to overcome signal losses, along with options to enhance RF signal performance.
